Scholar Success Program Activities – Grade 12

Classroom SupportEducational Resources

Congratulations Seniors! You are finishing a chapter of your life and beginning another. This is the time to stay on top of everything to make sure you’re ready for life after high school.

As a Senior, you’ll finish your last three Scholar Success Program activities and log those activities on ScholarTrack. These are all focused on helping you complete the steps needed to go to college next year:

Submit your College Application

Think back to your college visits and research, pick the colleges you want to apply to, check for any application fees, get everything together and apply. During the annual College Go Week in September, many colleges waive their application fees so this is an ideal time to apply and save some money.

Watch “College Success 101”

From explaining things like registering for classes and getting your books, to where to eat and how to get involved on campus, “College Success 101” can help you navigate the questions you have about the college lifestyle.

File Your FAFSA

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is how the federal government determines how much financial assistance you may be eligible for. The state and most colleges require that you submit the FAFSA by April 15th to receive potential state and college financial aid in addition to any federal aid.
